Raw materials are processed every day in our 200sqm laboratory inside Eat Me Hot in via . Loaf bread for sandwiches, bagels, pizzas and fresh focaccias, mignon pastries, croissants and much more: everything is produced by us in our laboratory by a team of highly trained and constantly followed professionals.
At Eat Me Hot: this creates a dynamic environment in which there is a continuous turnover of customers, and at the same time allows us to contain personnel costs; in addition, thanks to our internal laboratory, production costs are reduced and this allows us to invest in the quality of raw materials, in the constant search for new proposals and to offer the public products at truly competitive prices.
